Community Seminar Series with Dr Jeff: Three Evenings to Build Healthier Habits

A healthy man has a thousand dreams. A sick man has only one.

Dr Jeff Yadlosky (Chiropractor) is opening the doors for a three-part health and wellness seminar series designed to help you lift your health to the next level. These are advanced talks, so you can expect more than quick tips. Each session goes deeper into the “why” and the “how,” then brings it back to everyday life with practical ideas you can take home and implement straight away.

Session dates and topics, here is what’s on:

Wednesday 15 July – 2026,
6.00pm to 7.00pm:

  • The Hidden Causes of Modern Illness
  • What Your Body Needs to Function at Its Best

Wednesday 22 July March – 2026,
6.00pm to 7.00pm:

  • Are You Feeding Health or Feeding Disease?
  • Discover the Foods that Support Healing and the Foods that May Be Working Against You

Wednesday 29 July – 2026,
6.00pm to 7.00pm:

  • Exercises for a strong, flexible body and mind
  • Secret to a Strong Body and Calm Mind
  • Discover the movement habits that support physical and mental wellbeing.

Why These Three Topics Matter Right Now

So, why these topics? Because they touch almost every household.

In 2022, 14% of Australian adults experienced high or very high psychological distress. Food habits matter too. National data shows only 4.2% of adults met both fruit and vegetable recommendations in 2022. Movement is another big piece, yet only 23.9% of people aged 15 years and over met the physical activity guidelines in 2022.

What to Expect

These sessions are built for people who want detail, not fluff. Session 1 you will learn how poor health has almost nothing to do with bad genes or bad luck and everything to do with modern lifestyle. Session 2 focuses on nutrition and eating to fuel the body, with simple frameworks for everyday choices. The last session will look at strength, flexibility & cardiovascular fitness as well as real strategies to manage stress and anxiety.

A quick note about Dr Jeff: he is a chiropractor who enjoys translating health research into practical steps for real life, and he is passionate about helping people build habits that fit their busy weeks. If you’ve been meaning to reset a few habits, this series gives you clear steps and the reasoning behind them. You do not need to be “fit” or eat perfectly to join in. Come as you are, bring your questions, and leave with a plan you can actually use.

Session 1:

Wednesday 18 March | 6 pm to 7 pm

Despite advances in medicine and technology, people across Australia and the Western world are becoming increasingly unhealthy. Rates of chronic conditions such as heart disease, cancer, diabetes, obesity, allergies, infertility, and cognitive decline continue to rise, leaving many people wondering why health seems harder to achieve than ever before.

In this opening seminar, we’ll explore the underlying factors driving the modern health crisis and challenge some of the common assumptions about what creates health. You’ll learn how the way we eat, move, think, and live influences the body’s ability to function, adapt, and thrive. Most importantly, you’ll leave with a clearer understanding of the practical steps you can take to support your health and reduce your risk of chronic illness, regardless of your age or current level of wellbeing.

Session 2 – Nutrition

Wednesday 22 July | 6 pm to 7 pm

We eat every day, yet many people still struggle with low energy, weight gain, digestive issues, inflammation, and other common health challenges. Could the answer be less about how much we eat and more about what we’re eating?

In this session, Dr Jeff will unpack the foods and dietary patterns that support optimal health and those that may quietly be working against us. You’ll gain a better understanding of what your body needs to function at its best and learn practical, realistic strategies for improving your nutrition without complicated meal plans or restrictive diets. The goal isn’t perfection—it’s creating habits that are simple, sustainable, and capable of delivering lasting results.
