Greater Strength, Muscle Function and Less Fatigue with Chiropractic Adjustments

Relatively new research performed by Dr Heidi Haavik has demonstrated significant improvements in muscle strength, function and performance as a result of chiropractic adjustments to the spine. The research shows similar results to what chiropractors see in practice on a daily basis. If your an athlete, it is well worth having your spine evaluated for subluxations (misalignments) that could be preventing you from performing at your best.
