Spinal Health Week
As the ACA’s flagship campaign, Spinal Health Week will take place on 22-28 May 2023! This year, the ACA is raising awareness of the causes and negative effects of headaches, with the 2023 theme ‘Headaches Holding you Back? Consult a Chiro’.
During this week, chiropractors across Australia will talk about how spinal problems in the neck can lead to headaches. According to Dr Jeff Yadlosky (Chiropractor), headaches are a massive problem, as about 5 million Australians suffer with chronic migraines and approximately 7 million Australians have tension headaches.
